Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 3, 2026

Aixept Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the AiBiz website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), including the AiBiz web application.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services. For cookie-specific information, see our Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are

The data controller for the Services is Aixept Technologies. Contact: contact@aibizglobal.com.

If you are in Nigeria, applicable Nigerian data protection laws (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation, as applicable) may grant you rights regarding your personal data in addition to what is described below. You may contact us using the details above to exercise those rights or ask questions.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

  • Account and profile data: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing address, and credentials you provide when you register or manage your account.
  • Business and operational data: information you enter into AiBiz (for example sales, inventory, customers, and financial records) to provide the Services.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected through logs and similar technologies.
  • Support communications: content of emails or messages you send us when you request help.
  • Payment data: payment transactions are processed by third-party payment providers; we receive limited billing status and identifiers, not full card numbers stored on our servers.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Create and manage your account and authenticate users;
  • Process subscriptions and payments;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Monitor security, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations;
  • Send service-related notices (for example security alerts or policy updates) and, where permitted, product information you can opt out of;
  • Analyze usage in aggregate or de-identified form to improve our products.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Services); legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and internal operations), balanced against your rights; consent where required (for example certain marketing or non-essential cookies); and legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who assist us (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support tools), subject to confidentiality and processing terms.
  • Professional advisers where required (for example auditors or lawyers).
  • Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law.

We use subprocessors (such as hosting and payment providers) who process data on our instructions. We require appropriate confidentiality and security commitments. You may request a current list of material categories of subprocessors by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is commonly understood in privacy laws.

6. International transfers

We may process and store information in Nigeria and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and jurisdiction.

8. Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, contact contact@aibizglobal.com. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

10. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 16 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
